Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business
goals
Lead the transition from a founder-led organization to a structured
framework
Design and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy to
attract and retain talent
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in a People/Human Resources function within
a high-growth organization
Deep understanding of recruiting and scaling human capital
Proven experience working with executive teams on strategic
initiatives
In-depth understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
Experience with HR technology platforms such as Google and
Rippling
