• Contract Type: Travel Nursing
• Clinical Setting: Supported Living Center
• Hours: Flexible Shifts available (6:00am - 2:00pm) or (2:00pm - 10:00pm)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday with roating weekends
• Contract Duration: Long-Term 6+ MonthsDaily Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments through various methods (orally, rectally, internally, or by injection).
  • Perform technical nursing procedures according to facility and state regulations after demonstrating competency.
  • Document and report pertinent observations.
  • Communicate relevant information orally and in writing to team members; document according to facility policy.
  • Respond to emergency situations to ensure patient safety; follow facility safety and infection control procedures.
  • Monitor patients for treatments and procedures.
  • Collect specimens for laboratory examination and conduct appropriate screening tests after demonstrating competency.
  • Provide health education to patients with specific health goals.
  • Assist in turning/repositioning patients to administer treatments as needed.
  • Ensure availability of necessary supplies.
  • Manage patient medical records in Electronic Health Record (EHR) or paper format.
  • Regularly attend work and be available for specific shift schedules, including rotating or extended shifts and overtime, as required.
