The Outpatient Clinical Intake Specialist provides support for the mental health intake process at out Outpatient Services facilities. We are looking for someone who can organize work, set priorities, meet critical deadlines, and follow up on assignments with minimal direction. The Outpatient Clinical Intake Specialist will perform a variety of duties including triage, conducting initial screening interviews to determine eligibility, determine appropriate services needed, conduct mental health assessments, when possible, provide referral information and assist with connecting and coordinating care, develop initial treatment plans, and coordinate case activities with clinical managers.Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)What You'll Make$6,000 - $7,250 per hour/month DOE/Credentials.Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
    Pay Scale
    • Unlicensed: $6,000 - $6,750 per month
    • Professional Oregon Mental Health License: $6,750 - $7,250 per month About the ProgramOur Outpatient Program provides assessment and evaluation, treatment plan development, and provides clinically indicated outpatient therapy, case management, skills training, and psychiatric (medication) services. The Psychiatric Services Team operates as a branch within the Outpatient Program, specializing in psychiatric, nursing, and medication services. Psychiatric services are provided both on-site and remotely through telemedicine.ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. What You'll Need
      • Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration. Eligibility requires:
        • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
        • Unlicensed Therapists MUST be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.If not already registered as a QMHP through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we will assist you in registering within 30 days of hire. Successful applicants MUST have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, sit, stand, walk, reach; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. It may require the ability to occasionally climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable. In addition, you must successfully complete---crisis---de-escalation and CPR trainings, which require performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.
