A company is looking for a Vice President, Global HR
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence across Global HR processes, including
on/off-boarding and immigration
Lead HR due diligence and integration efforts for M&A
activities
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing
operational metrics
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in HR
Operations leadership
Experience leading global teams across the Americas, EMEA, and
APAC
Data-driven with experience in developing operational SLAs/KPIs
Proven experience with employee relations functions and
investigations
Understanding of methodologies such as Agile and Six Sigma
