Members.Assistant Plant Manager - TechnicalAssists in leading all
aspects of a manufacturing plant. This includes safety, quality,
production and cost in various departments within the plant.
Developmental opportunity to prepare an individual to step into the
role of Plant Director.Essential Functions
- Responsible to lead a safe plant culture.
- Responsible for product quality control for the plant.
- Responsible for plant production goals.
- Responsible to manage specific cost controls for plant.
- Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policy
and guidelines.
- Work with department managers to ensure coordination of
purchasing, production, quality and shipping.
- Select and train plant supervisory and administrative
staff.
- Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through excellent
leadership and communication skills.
- Conduct employee performance reviews.
- Schedule and conduct plant meetings.
- Ensure maintenance of clean and safe plant.
- Communicate with all levels of personnel through strong
interpersonal skills.
- Attend corporate trainings and meetings.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of
the job.
- Communicate daily operations to plant director.

- Ability to effectively present information and respond to
questions from all levels of the organization (executives,
managers, employees and customers).

- Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 Years - Experience in Field or similar manufacturing
environment
- 6 Years - Experience in a Similar Position
- 4 Years - Experience managing people/projects
- Strong planning and organization skills, ability to multi
task
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to
questions from groups of managers, employees, or customers
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast paced
environment
- Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Interviewing, hiring, and training
- Planning, assigning and directing work
- Appraising performance
- Rewarding and disciplining employees
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ Years- Experience in Field or similar manufacturing
environment

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or
other related field
